This Zebra cake was given to me by a very good person, friend and acquaintance all rolled into one. The whole family will love Zebra Cake. I made it and loved it. This is a very simple and quite tasty cake that both adults and children like.


Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sour cream - 200 g.
Butter - 50 g (melt)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 150-200 g.
Flour - 200-300 g.
Cocoa - 1 tbsp.

Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add sour cream, butter and flour. Divide the dough into two parts in the first part add cocoa. On the center of the heated form, one tablespoon of dough, followed by one tablespoon with cocoa, and so on until the dough runs out. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The finished biscuit can be cut and soaked with cream, topped with chocolate, syrup.

Try and you cook this simple cake. I think that this is what you need for tea. Not very expensive, fast and tasty.
