Pay attention to this wonderful Japanese dish - SoBou. A wonderful recipe for a traditional New Year's dish. Usually, the Japanese New Year's feast passes without noisy conversations and funny songs. Nothing should distract friends from thinking about the future. The meal begins with a glass of sake. Then be sure to eat buckwheat noodles (SoBou), which brings longevity. Although we do not live in Japan, and we have already celebrated the New Year, SoBou we can cook and eat. SoBou is a delicious and original dish.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g. Buckwheat noodles or spaghetti - 150 g. Carrot - 1 pc. Onion - 1 pc. Sweet red pepper - 2 pcs. Vegetable oil 3 - tbsp. Soy sauce - 20 g. Asparagus - 200 g. Corn - 100 g (optional) Teriyaki - 2 tsp.
Step one. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry in hot vegetable oil until almost done. Remove chicken pieces to a plate.
Step two. Boil noodles, spaghetti in boiling salted water over low heat without a lid for 10 minutes. Then drain in a colander and rinse.
Step three. Peel the carrots, cut into strips. Onions in half rings. Pepper cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add chopped pepper. Fry together with onions and carrots. Add boiled SoBou to vegetables. Add fried chicken fillet. Mix everything gently in the pan. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
At the end, add more Teriyaki sauce. Lay out on a plate. It turns out very tasty and healthy. Eat SoBou, bon appetit.
