Pancakes with orange sauce.
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml.
Wheat flour - 8-9 tbsp. Eggs - 2 pcs. Honey - 1 tbsp. (can be substituted for sugar to taste) Butter - 45 g. Sunflower oil - 40 ml. Vanilla sugar - to taste.
Heat milk and butter and combine. Add eggs and flour, honey, vanilla sugar, mix everything with a whisk, then fry in a hot pan until golden brown along the cuts and turn the pancake over. Put the finished pancake on a plate. You can add any filling cottage cheese, fruits that you like to pancakes, but before that, do not forget to process the fruit.
Pancake Sauce:
Orange - 2 pcs. Sugar - 3 tablespoons Butter - 50 g. Orange peel - ½.
Preparing pancake sauce:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the juice of two oranges, sugar, zest. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. At the end, roll the pancakes into a tube and put them on a plate, add orange sauce, add melted chocolate and ice cream if desired.
