Carrot - 1 pc.
Red lentils - 1 cup
Refined vegetable oil - 100 ml
Fresh dill - ½ bunch
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Peel potatoes, wash, cut into small pieces. Wash the lentils several times.
Now you need to pour water into the pan, put the potatoes and put on fire. When it boils, reduce the heat, add a little salt and cook until the potatoes are almost ready.
Then peel the onion, cut into small pieces.
Peel, wash, cut the carrots into strips or on a fine grater, as you like, I rubbed on a grater.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the chopped vegetables and fry, stirring, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Put the fried vegetables in a pot with potatoes.
Throw in the lentils. Boil after boiling for 5-7 minutes.
Dill wash, dry, finely chop.
